I created The Fields Company in 1989 to help people learn to think creatively. I believe that thinking and creativity are foundational skills for successful leaders. These skills impact how leaders see and solve problems, relate to others, and manage change.

For nearly 20 years I worked at the HSB Group, where I held management positions in training, OD consulting, claims and engineering. I worked in a line operation, even when functioning in HR/OD roles.

My services include working with organizations in the areas of creativity and innovation, leadership development, building & restoring relationships, creating sustainable change, and strategic thinking.

I am also a Senior Affiliate Consultant with Designed Learning Inc., a Peter Block Company, delivering workshops like Flawless Consulting Skills  internationally to people from over 70 countries representing many Fortune 500 companies.
