| CREATIVE LEADERS... invite others to follow, ask thought provoking questions, create new things, understand their customers and their industry, analyze problems and make decisions, plan and implement a project, understand a balalnce sheet, hire when needed; fire when necessary, train others, get trained and continue to learn, convene and conduct productive meetings, ues a computer...and the internet! write a report...make a presentation, build relationships...heal broken ones, ask for forgiveness...extend it to others (especially those who have really hurt us) give orders, take orders, work on teams, work alone, do the dirty jobs...the unpleasant stuff, Creative leaders develop slowly over time while experiencing tough situations and tough choices; anything that comes too fast or too easily is insignificant!
